OMG! the article sounds like me....
I'm the kind that tends to keep the guys i like at bay... trying hard not to show anything or to text etc.
Even if I am to text, I will take a long time before i Finally send the message...
I'm rather defensive of myself and afraid of getting hurt
Despite knowing all these, I still continue on the self-destructive path...
I know I need to change...
